Hi, after going through the medical query raised by you, I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that as you are a hypertensive and your age is 40+, it’s advisable that with these symptoms, you should get an ECG done first.

If you have already done an ECG after your pains, then kindly upload the report or image of the ECG, and if you haven’t till now, then kindly get a fresh ECG done and upload the image of the ECG for evaluation and further advice.

Thanks
