Brief Answer:
Can be enlarged lymph nodes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The lump behind your knee can be a Backer cyst or an enlarged lymph node.
You may need to get examined doing an ultrasound of the knee.
The lump behind your jaw can be an enlarged lymph node.
If you recently han an infection or inflammation of throat and ear can be the cause of it.
It may get better in a few days. Do at least a total blood count with formula.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
