Looks like rosacea, answer few questions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it could be rosacea.
Does it happen only affected workout or after intake or hot foods and fluid?
How many days does it last ?
Is it associated with itching, burning or any complaints?
Is it ever associated with bumps and pustules?
Kindly revert with the answers.

It happened at least one time before a couple months ago, I workout like 5 times a week and I just noticed it yesterday, The first time I know I had a meatball sub form subway, I think I ate too much and ended up puking it up, I had tacos on Tuesday, the day before I noticed it, I don't know if that is it. The last time it lasted about 3 days. I feel a little hotter but not bad overall. No itching or burning, no bumps or pustules.
Brief Answer:
Could be an allergic reaction, apply calamine lotion
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be an allergic reaction.
I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the affected areas 2-3 times in a day.
