Question: Hi
I have no symptoms...except my cbc from time to time over the years showed high hematocrit.

My mother recently passed from CLL.

My ZAP-70 number concerns me..

Your blood counts are quite normal. So zap70 has got no significance. We do zap70 for further risk stratification of CLL or similar disorders. Here none is suspected.

In any case zap 70 is borderline only.

So I don't see any immediate concern, even with your family history.
