Should I Be Worried Suddenly Overtaken By Panic Dizziness On Two Or Three Occasions?

I have major crunching every day in my lower head laying down, and have been suddenly overtaken by panic dizziness on two or three occasions altho no pain. Should I be worried? I hope that a joint nutritional supplement or massage may be the answer. Or do I need to see a doctor?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
The incidences of panic dizziness you have could be due to...internal ear(cochlear) or an eye issue.
This needs to be checked for and managed properly in time.
Having past history of head trauma...the ear jolt caused by collision..might have affected chochlear apparatus in internal ear to cause the episodes or /age wise changes in eyes..(refractory error, cataract or sometimes eye pressure problems )can be the cause. To check this..you need,
-consultation of opthalmologist & ENT specialist followed by neurologist,if advised for... for routine check ups of eye & ear, followed by needful investigations & specific management under expert care.
Till then be careful while moving.Take due support while walking &avoid poking of ears, putting oil in ears./avoid getting cold or sinus problem .
You can keep a pill of Stugeron over the counter ,handy..& get yourself checked by experts earliest.
Thanks.
I hope that helps.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
