Brief Answer:
D and C for now

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Hysterectomy is a permanent procedure, this may solve the problem but the patient can end up with complications that can trouble for life. Its a major surgical procedure done either by laparotomy (by cutting open the abdominal wall) or by the vaginal route, both of which are complex procedures which can sometimes lead to undesirable side effects.

I recommend you to get the D and C for now, it is a minor procedure with no much complications. This is usually done in minor Operation theater with minimal anesthesia. In case the procedure succeeds in the management of the conditions then , it is the best suited procedure.

Hope I answered your query.

Regards
