Should I Continue Conventional Masturbation To Cure This Issue?

Question: Hi,

I started prone masterbation when i was 16. 2 months back I got married and faced some problems in erection ( getting erection almost but cannot maintain it) . So I couldn't intercourse with my partner. So met ayurvedha doctor and using amukkara chooranam which helps to maintaining erection and helped to intercourse. Then I came to know prone masterbation is the reason for my situation. So I tried conventional way ( face up and used hand) , slowly with less grip and got ejaculation in 5 minutes and felt pleasure during ejaculation only. No sense in penis. So should I continue conventional masterbation to cure this issue? Or having intercourse with my partner will cure automatically this problem?

Please help on this.

Brief Answer:
Semen is not precious and masturbation is not injurious.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

First of all, believe that masturbation is not injurious to health and it will not cause Erectile Dysfunction as such, but your feelings of guilty can cause ED. Alternate systems of medicines believe masturbation is injurious to health. But scientifically it is not so. There is no difference in the penile movements and quality of the ejaculation between the intercourse and masturbation. When people got married at the age of 18 years in olden days, having coitus daily and multiple times, got married second and third time and not developed impotency and then how can masturbation can cause. Masturbation is actually good for health. Semen is just like any other secretion of the body. Feel free from your guilt feelings, you will be able to maintain your erections. Without any deviation of thoughts, you continue to enjoy your sex then you will be able to maintain your erections.
If you need help, consult a sexologist nearby. Don't rely on Google or online consultations.

Brief Answer:
Counselling is more important than drugs alone

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As I said already, I cannot convince you online. It needs an elaborate talking. Please meet someone who is well versed in Sexual medicine who is nearby you. Mostly available only in cities.
Masturbation techniques may vary. Thrusting against bed is not an uncommon way of masturbation. It has no harm.
You and your wife have to attend the session. You may need a month or two to become alright. If necessary we have to go for other Investigations and Hormonal analysis. We have to talk from your childhood experience onwards.
Come in person or meet Good and experienced expert.

Brief Answer:
Examination in person and detailed history will give clue to the problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Only after complete examination in person, I can tell. Rarely with some individuals it may be due to genetic aberrations. For them we can bring back certain functions with hormone therapy whereas certain may be irreversible.
Don't get confuse with all these. Only seeing in person, history, examination, investigations a doctor can plan his treatment. Low sexual desire disorder is not necessarily to be due to Hormonal variation or chromosomal abnormalities. It could be due to various psychosocial causes and also due myths and misconceptions. Only a detailed examination can solve the problem. Not by prescriptions alone.

Brief Answer:
Consult a sexologist and get well soon

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
1. Visible veins over penis is quite normal.
2. Because of anxiety, you won't have have felt the early morning erection. It will not be there on every day as you are no longer in your teens. If you are sure that it is totally absent, then we have to go for Hormonal assay.
I cannot put back you to normal unless I examined you in person and interacted with you thoroughly.
