Should I Continue To Take Zarelto Despite Noticing Rectal Bleeding?

Question: I take 20mg Zarelto daily for past 10-12 weeks. Developed rectal bleeding yesterday during bowel movement. Continuing today, but doesn't seem as bad. I have stopped taking drug. None today. Is it OK to stop or should I continue taking it?
