Should I Do A CT Scan With Dye Or Repeat The Stress Test To Detect A Defect In The Apical Anterior Wall?

Question: Hi, I had a lexi stress test some weeks ago and the result was:
1.A small size defect in the apical anterior wall that likely due to breast attenuation artifact however underlying ischemia can not be excluded.
2.Normal LV size. wall motion and systolic function.
3. Ejection fraction 71%...the doctor told me to do an catheter angiogram, but i didn't agree. i went to see a different cardiologist and he said to do a heart ct scan before that.
Should i do a ct scan with dye or should i repeat the stress test for an accurate result? please i will appreciate so much your response. ps i weight 316lb , height 5'6', i want to get clearance before bariatric surgery.
Sincerely

Brief Answer:
CT coronary angiography
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is better to undergo CT coronary angiography with dye as you already underwent stress test and repeating same may provide the same result and artefacts. So going for different modality will help in predicting the possibility of blockages. And ct scan will directly visualize the arteries so will be better for assessment of blockages. So, should go for CT coronary angiography.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
