Tab. Dolo 650mg as and when required for fever or throat/body pain.
Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 5 days after food.
Tab. Limcee 500mg twice a day
Tab. Zincovit 50 mg once a day
Steam inhalation for 20 minutes twice daily and salt water gargling three times a day.

I would suggest you to wait for 3 to 4 days and if your symptoms are worsening or having any new added symptoms then you can go for a covid test. If not, only wait and observe.
