Question: Should I get this spot on my face checked for skin cancer?

It has gotten a bit bigger year over year. It appeared four years ago and seems larger to me lately.

Hello and welcome,

It has been there for a long time and growing very slowly. It does not seem precancerous. It seems more like a post-inflammatory pigmentation. If you want to get it removed for cosmetic reasons or want an FNAC, then tissue can be sent for biopsy. It will let you know the exact diagnosis of this.
I wouldn't be worried about this lesion.
