Should I Go To An Allergist Or A Gastroenterologist I Have Had Throat Issues For A Long Time ?

I have been to the ENT twice upon the recommendation of my doctor and he recommended Tagamet and avoiding spicy foods as well as large quantities of caffeine. He also looked at my throat and noticed no abnormalities.
I have done this over the course of the year and a half with little to no success.
When I saw him the second time he recommended a nasal spray which I have tried. Nasacort, Flonase and then simple saline. None of those have offered any help.
Should I go to an allergist or a gastroenterologist? What is the appropriate next step as I am still struggling with this.
I have had continued issues with my throat and am seeking help. It affects my speaking ability and causes me to swallow almost between every sentence that I speak.
It is very difficult to do my job because I am on the phone or in front of clients most of the day.
Any advice?
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. It seems that you are having acid
Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. It seems that you are having acid reflux and some allergic rhinopharyngitis or inflammation of the pharynx and larynx. But you may have voice disorders like muscle tension dysphonia or spasmodic dysphonia. It will be helpful if you can send your voice sample and we can give essential advice after listening to it. You should visit an ent doctor and do a laryngoscopy or preferably stroboscopy. After seeing that video proper diagnosis can be made. For now continue you can take Omeprazole 20 mg before food. Drink more water, avoid spicy food. Take steam inhalation through oral cavity and nose. If possible visit speech therapist and learn some voice therapy. Don't shout or talk unnecessarily. Please review if you have any queries or with the voice sample or laryngoscopy video or picture.
