Should I Go With A Specialist For Condition I Have ?

Question: Labs: Iron 24Low, Iron Sat 7 Low, Redblood cell 5.74 High, Hemoglobin 10.8 Low, RBC volume 64.5 Low, RBC Iron 18.8 Low, RBC iron concentration 29.2 Low, RBC distrobution width 18.7 High, Platelets 436 High. Calcium also slightly low at 8.5
I have been very fatigued, lethargic, tired, not functioning well in my job, etc for over 5 years, doctor to doctor with little help except some iron infusions (slight boost, issue not resolved). I took matters in my own hands, researched and ordered my own labs from Quest Direct. Positive for Celiac >100 Transglutaminase Ab IgA, Positive Endomysial Antibody screen w/reflex to Titer
Also, High sensitivity CRP >10 (I guess most concerning result)
Question: I have not had good luck getting primary care providers to listen/ hear/ help me treat and only know this info because I ordered my own labs...with these numbers, is a primary care provider where to start, or should a go with a specialist, if so what type of specialist.

Brief Answer:
Need gastroenterologist consult
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
From these labs, celiac disease is the first possibility. You should meet a gastroenterologist and nutritionist. Gluten free diet is the principal treatment. Should take care of the inflammation and make you feel better. Shortness of breath is also probably related to this only.
I am sure a gastroenterologist will listen to you appropriately. I also don't think you need to worry about lymphoma at this time.
Hope this helps.
Regards
