Question: I have a cold. Been taking sudafed, advil, and my usual meds: celexa and ambien. Broke out in very inflamed and itchy skin. Should I just stop taking the advil and sudafed?

AAccording to the history you provide it might be an alergic reaction. Yes it would be better to stop advil
You can substitute it with paracetamol orally twice per day and monitor the situation. For skin itching if it disturbs you you can take antihistamines drugs such as Xyzal once before sleeping for some days.
