Brief Answer:
It could be genes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Your body mass index is around 15 kg/m2 and it means that you are underweight. You can increase your weight by taking regular meals and include foods like ghee, oil and butter in it. However I will recommend that you raise a dietary request from your dashboard and one of the dieticians will get back to you.

Have you done any blood tests like complete blood count, thyroid profile, liver function test, kidney function test, lipid profile, serum electrolytes?
Please share your daily diet details with me
