Question: Hi Doctor, Should I start taking regular medication for BP? Given below are my readings for past few months.

Hi,

While your BP numbers are not concerning, they are high on many occasions. It may or may not be white collar hypertension. However since the readings are either a bit higher or upper limit of normal, I will go for starting antihypertensive medications.
