Brief Answer:
Medications will benefit you..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

While your BP numbers are not concerning, they are high on many occasions. It may or may not be white collar hypertension. However since the readings are either a bit higher or upper limit of normal, I will go for starting antihypertensive medications.

Hope I have addressed your question. Let me know if you have any other specific concerns.

Brief Answer:
Medications personalised to needs...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Antihypertensive choice is personalised to patients need, age and comorbid conditions. Assuming you do not have any other medical conditions and you are relatively young (you haven't specified the age), my choice of medicines will be either a calcium channel blocker (like amlodipine) or ACE inhibitor (olmesartan / telmasartan). Your local doctor will know about these medicines.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
