Should I Take Antibiotic Medication For Symptoms Of Mild Gastroenteritis?

Question: Hello,
I had loose motions twice and I have taken econorm once a day for couple of days and the symptoms for loose motions were gone. Then I have stopped taking any medication. After a day I had some snacks from outside and the next day morning I felt stomach upset again . Can you please suggest any medication or should I just continue taking econorm more frequently for couple of more days.
One of the doctor has suggested below medication, but I felt I do not have such a big problem to take antibiotics . Please suggest.
Suggested medication from other doctor.
Rifaximin 550 mg once daily(antibacterial)
Metrogyl 400mg thrice daily(Anti protozoal)
Along with it take econorm thrice daily
Yakult twice daily
