Should I Take The Galantamine,4 Mg As Prescribed By The

Question: Should I take the galantamine,4 mg as prescribed by the neurologist?
The reason I am asking is because I a have been taking Tamsulosin 0.4 mg. This medication was prescribed because I needed to push too much to urinate. I have no side effects from it.
The neurologist said, as I recall, the galantamine would increase the urination in the beginning but would normalize in a while. Do the two medications contradict each other?

I have no follow up question. I will check my email tomorrow. Thank You.
