Brief Answer:
Seems not a serious condition, however, a medical evaluation is necessary.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since you are walking around, fractures of the pelvis and vertebral column are unlikely.

On the other hand, if you fractured any ribs or your wrist it is difficult to say without a medical evaluation and imaging such as X-rays. So, my opinion is that you should go to your ER in order to be sure that there is not a serious damage after trauma.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Feel free to ask further.

Take care.
