Question: He fail three days ago getting out of car, twisting around and landing on but. He has a sharp pain on left side. Does he need to go hospital

As he is having sharp pain on left side so possibility of fracture are there.
So first go for x-ray, till then do cold sponging and he can take pain killer for pain and take rest.
If there is fracture on x-ray than do accordingly.
