Question : I hv fewer 99.9 F ,Now ,taken para 500, Azithromycin 250,feeling well after medicine,s ...........what next ,I m Doctor should I wait or do further investigation

Whether you need further investigation will depend on whether you have any other symptoms or medical conditions. In general, a temperature of 99.9 would not be considered yet a fever, and if you had not other symptoms, I would not be concerned, and would just use Para if you have a fever, or feel uncomfortable from the temperature. Most likely you would not need to take Azithromycin, unless another doctor told you to take it.
