Another option would be to use medication specifically for the ED eg: cialis or sildenafil.
Surgery does not necessarily occur because ED has occurred with the use of this type of medication.
In the majority of men, medication maybe switched or medication added to help with ED.

Flomax did not cause ED. It made me tired and lightheaded. An optional med would cost me $200+ I am worried that the surgery will cause ED
