Brief Answer:
It might be a matter of concern, some examinations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I also review the attached EKG and your medical history .

The most important cause of ST segment abnormality is myocardial ischaemia.
To confirm the diagnosis, there are some other examinations that should be done:
-troponine blood level
-an echocardiogram
-a stress test

Depending on the results we can decide about further treatment.

If the results of other examinations are normal it might be just an EKG artefact, which means that is not that is not "heart-made."

I would also advice you to :
-eat a healthy diet
-avoid smoking
-avoid stress, treat anxiety with the help of a psychiatrist
-maintain under control the blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
I reviewed the attached EKG,probably artefacts in the abnormal EKG.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

I reviewed the attached EKG.
As I see through your answer you have already done the examinations that I recommended.

Based on the fact that this examinations were all negative, I would confirm that the abnormal EKG is due to artefacts.

Artefacts are very common in EKG, this is why other examinations are needed.
Usually they are caused by patient movements, including breathing.

I suggest you not to worry.
I would also suggest you to follow the advice that give above.

Wish you a good health ,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi

Brief Answer:
The first attached EKG has a slightly abnormal ST segment related to artefacts.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

Actually the first EKG has a slight increase ST segment, which can be related to artefacts.

But, as I said, based on the fact that the other examinations are normal, you should not be worried.

Best wishes,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi

Brief Answer:
T wave from V1 to V4 leads due to artifacts.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

I can see a T wave from V1 to V4 leads due to artifacts.

You can see it in the EKG done in 26 September 2018, 19:11:23 .

I repeat that artifacts are absolutely normal in an EKG examination. There is nothing to be worried about because they are not caused by heart issues.

I sincerely hope my answer was helpful.

Wish you all the best,

Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
