Question: i got scratch on the top layer of my skin with 18u needle in microbladibg session and it was touched by ubgloved hands for couole sec. should i worry?

No. There is no risk of transmission of HIV.
HIV is only transmitted through either unprotected sex or through exchange of infectious fluids like blood. Skin surface is not a source of HIV infection. So even if someone's skin touched a scratched area of your skin, there is no risk.
