Question: Hi is it okay to take nystatin three times a day then also take diflucan once a day every day for 14 days?

Both your oral and vaginal infections can be treated with Flucanazole 150 mg once a week. This is the dose that is sufficient for people without immune deficiency.
If you are sexually active it is advisable for your partner also to take a dose of Flucanazole 150mg.
