Should ProAir Be Used At A Specific Peak Flow Level?

its not an indicator for Albuterol use
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM
I can understand your concern
As i read your medical histoy you are taking medication for asthma. And according to the treatment your asthma is aggravated.
Peak flow meter is not used as an indicator for albuterol use.
We use PEF and recommend it in normal condition asthmatic patients to detect their normal daily expiratory volumes.Due to the fact that PEF is variable in se it is not a real indicator for explaining airways obstruction.
For this purpose we recommend Spirometry test values. If it is an obstruction and if the patient feels breathlessness we advise him to add albuterol inhaler or nebulizer in his current treatment as an emergency medication which effect lasts mostly for only two hours.
Hope to have been helpful for you

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
We usually recommend walking two or three times per week, swimming. Outdoor activities like playing tennis, doing regular yoga are very useful in controling the breathing cycle too.
