Hello, Sir/Madam

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I would like to request you to provide me additional information before making any decisions.

1. Is your child has long or short sightedness?

2. What was the prescribed axis mentioned along with the cylindrical power?

I will guide you through further, once I receive your answers.

Thank you.

Hello doctor
The doctor did not mention the axis . he said she has a power , cylindrical one in the right alone. It is long sighted as I think. Since reading small letters which are far is a little difficult for her and that's why we took her to the doctor. I forgot to enquire on the axis doctor.

Lenses are required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir/Madam.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.

I have worked through your query in detail.

Your child seems to have Myopia along with astigmatism.Hence, she needs correction of both parameters.

Cylindrical power is an estimate of astigmatism.

When astigmatism is associated with myopia(inability to visualize distant objects),both need correction through spectacles.

Please check with your physician if he shares my point of view and if can prescribe lenses to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
