Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your history carefully.

The lump behind the neck is mostly likely a lymph node. Occipital lymph nodes may enlarge due to infection of ear or throat, bug bite of scalp, pediculosis or dandruff. Enlargement subside once the cause is cured. Enlarged Lymph node in this area is mostly not a reason to worry.
Your problem of constipation should not be related to this.

I hope I have answered your question to your satisfaction.
