
Should An Angiogram Be Done When My CSA Is Positive For Indivisible Myocardial Ischemia?

My CSA is positive for indivisible myocardial ischemia..my doctor says that to do Angiogram under benefit of doubtmoreover my family doesn't have any hear problems. My existence tolerance is good. HRR is 85%. Should I still do Angiogram and check whether blocks are there moreover is don't have any chest pain or etc. Attached my reports for your response.

Although your resting HR, BP and resting ECG all were within normal limits, such positive findings should not be ignored. Hence, I totally agree with your doctor for undergoing Coronary Angiogram. It's the standard protocol followed universally, and it's basically just a Check angiogram to see if at all there's any blockage (which should always be checked in such scenario).
It's good that there's no family history of heart problems, but still, in my opinion, you should go for it (just a few minutes procedure done under local anesthesia and done routinely, so nothing to worry).
