Should I Be Concerned About Having Band Around Penis For 12 Hours?

Question: I was using a hairband over the tip of my my penis, right below the mushroom area while my gf gave me oral. After it was over we spent the day together. After 12 hours I noticed the band was still around the tip of my shaft. I get no pain and can still get hard and ejaculate. Am I ok? Are there signs I should look for?
