Should I Be Concerned About Missing A Warfarin Pill Inspite Of Having Afib?
Question: I have taken 50mg of Toprol and half a 0.25 pill of Alprazolan, as every night. However, I've just remembered that I forgot to take 7.5 mgs of warfarin, which I should have taken 3hrs ago. I have Afib. Should I take the warfarin? Or is it there some danger in combining it so closely in time with the other 2 meds?

Toporol , Alprazolam and Warfarin have no significant interaction if taken together.
You should take your Warfarin at the same dose immediately.
From tommorow you should take the medicines at the routine time.
