Should I Take Flomax For Enlarged Prostate Despite Having No Symptoms?
Question: i have no urination problems, yet enlarged prostate ws found and Dr. wants me on Flomax, but now it's causing havoc w/ my urination routine. I thought I was fine before.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
FLOMAX ( TAMSULOSIN ) is an alpha blocker and works by relaxing the walls of your prostate and bladder to facilitate easy flow of urine.
It doesn't cure you.
If you are fine and you don't suffer any urinary complaint without the use of FLOMAX,then you may stop staking it.
There is no sense in taking it if you don't have any symptom and moreover this medicine won't make your enlarged prostate to become normal sized,so better stop taking it.
