Question: I was prescribed methylprednisolone and am a diabetic. My blood sugar is at 326. Should I increase my novo log 70/30

Yes steroids surely increase blood glucose. How much methylprednisoline are you using and what dose and duration ? If you are only using it in the mornings, you can increase the morning dose of insulin. If it is more than once , then we may need to split the dose.

Please don't stop the methylpred. You may increase the morning dose by 4 to 5 units. Sugars will normalize a day or two after stopping methylpred. You can switch back on your original insulin dose then
