Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

Job pain without obvious dental cause in a patient with a cardiac history is certainly concerning.

I would recommend that you take him to see his primary care physician within the next 24 hours for a complete physical examination and appropriate work up.

his doctor may recommend additional examination including EKG or possibly stress test if needed.

If your husband reports chest pain or shortness of breath otherwise I would recommend that you take him to the emergency room immediately for evaluation.

Again I would have this evaluated with in the next 24 hours by his primary physician.

Thank you again for sending the question.

sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
