Should We Keep Continuing His Covid Medicines?

Question: Hello Doctor, My father is 65 years old, he is tested covid positive.Just to add his background,he is a neuropatient .We are giving him covid prescribed medicines and his neuro medicines are also going as before.Issue is his Sugar level is quite high right now , this is coming to be 180 - 200 mg/dl before food (fasting level).So what should be do about it though his sugar medicine is also runing parallely.Should we keep continuing his covid medicines?
