Question: Since I had my son in 2016 I've been dealing with a lot of chronic pain issues. I've been back and forth to the doctor and it was discovered I have scoliosis but I feel like what I'm going through pain wise is way above and beyond the scoliosis. Where to start? Well I have certain triggers such a standing for prolonged periods of time, repetitive motions as well, and overexertion. How it all started was I would have chronic pain in the neck and I was hearing this heartbeat in my left ear and everything just felt Amplified of my son with scream I can feel the vibrations. The pain can be anything between burning or Deep Muscle aches down to the bone feels. I've done nerve testing conduction study Rheumatology panel as well and everything came back normal. At one point I had a doctor prescribe me Lexapro cuz they thought it was psychosomatic but all it did was aggravated and my muscles feel like they were burning. The areas at my body hurts at are my neck, sometimes face, arms, shoulders, back. And sometimes when a big storm is approaching I can feel my back tensing up and it will trigger a migraine and all over body pain attack. Do you have any suggestions of what this might be? Another thing as as well I can sleep but I can never feel refreshed. I don't know if it's related memory problems as well.

Brief Answer:
Can be Vitamin D deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
According to your description, you might be having Vitamin D deficiency.

Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and bone health. Among other things, inadequate vitamin D intake can result in a softening of bone surfaces, called osteomalacia, which causes pain.

When it is cold, your muscles tense up tightly to your body to help retain heat. Sometimes this frequent, restricting tightness in your muscles can be painful .
You need to get your vitamin D3 levels evaluated and start with proper supplements. You can also get oral muscle relaxants prescribed.
Meanwhile following measures will help you with the pain:-
Have Warm shower.
Sleep on an electric heating pad under the area that is bothering you.
Stretch you muscles really well to keep them loose.
To keep your muscles warm during the day, there are many topical creams and
lotions.
Take diet rich in calcium, vitamin D and minerals.
I hope this answers your query.
