Since Last Wednesday, I Have Been Exhausted. I Am Sleeping

Question: Since last Wednesday, I have been exhausted. I am sleeping 20 hours a day. I am dizzy and have passed out a couple of time. I have a headache off and on. Some of the weakness and dizziness remind me of my MS symptoms, but I have been in remission since 1993.

I just sent a photo showing the ingredients in Thyroid Mend. I have also been experiencing pain in my joints.
Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Thyroid dysfunction more likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
I saw the tests that you uploaded and the ingredients of the Thyroid Mend.
Besides a moderately high cholesterol level and low testosterone level, other lab results are within normal ranges.
In my opinion, your symptoms point more towards thyroid gland dysfunction than MS.
So, I suggest you measure the levels of TSH, FT3, and FT4 in order to assess correctly this possibility.
Only after such an evaluation, it is clear if it is necessary to use thyroid Mend or not.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
