Since Last Week I Am Getting Itching On My Inner

Question: Since last week I am getting itching on my inner thighs. This is especially around the testis area. I ensure to keep this area hygiene all the time. But I am not sure what is the cause of this irritation. I regularly workout for almost 2-3 hours and need to take whey protein. Is this because of taking the whey protein? Please assist. Please check the photos under report section.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I have viewed the image.

You seem to have a fungal infection. I can see dry scaly patches in the images. Sweat/ moisture, occlusion and warmth favor growth of the fungus. I suggest you to use an otc topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream or ketoconazole 2% cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days.
