Since One Year I Am Feeling Pain In Joints, Mainly

Question: Since one year i am feeling pain in joints, mainly legs and hand. Apart from that i do also feel week and tired most of the time.

So, i approached a doctor near to my house. He prescribed few tests and the outcome of those tests is high deficiency in Vitamin-D and Calcium. They are almost at the lowest levels. I have fallowed the doctor's prescription including sun bath for 30 mins early morning and undergone the medication for nearly one month.

Things are settled and pains got reduced for few days. But, after one month again pains started pickingup. Now, it is been 4 months i have taken any medicine. I feel like i am in the same state i was earlier, before medication.

Please let me know the action items for me to get rid of this problem.

Addition information:
Usually, I spend most of the day time in office work.
Due to heavy work pressure, i rearly get time to do excersises.
I am a vegetarian.
I wake up at 8 AM and mostly fall sleep at 12 PM.

- Repeat you vitamin D level blood test, to look for the present Vitamin D stores in your body.
- Take D-VION XXXXXXX 60,000IU one XXXXXXX weekly for 8 weeks.
- Repeat your Vitamin D levels after 8 weeks.
- Since you are a vegetarian, if its okay, you can take milk products like yogurt or cheese or even fortified milk.
