Question: Sir
20 years before I face prolapse hemorrhoids.. Operation had done and cure.
Nowadays I am feeling some pain in anus Or rectum area. No bleeding. Stool normal. Burning sensation feeling.
I am using some ointment like Anovate cream and taken Zenflox oz tablet since 2 days.
I am CLL /MZL patients and taking druge Ibrunate

Thanks for the additional information.
Burning sensation in the anal region could be due to a fissure or inflammation.
A per rectal examination may have to be done to find the cause.
For relief, you can do sitz bath for 10 minutes twice a day and continue applying anovate.
Take high fiber diet (vegetables & fruits).

Whether I can take antibiotics Zenflox oz and use anovate cream in regular manner.
Can I use sucrol ano ointment.
Itiching in rectum not much but sometimes uncomfortable..
Whether it is side effects of Ibrunate drug therapy.

There is no need for any antibiotics.
You can use either anovate or Sucrol ano.
No it is not a side effect of Ibrunat.
