Sir, For The Last Few Days I Am Loss Of
Question: Sir, For the last few days I am loss of appetite and has pain in . LFT suggest total biliburin 1.27. Report and report of cholesterol are attached. I am suffering from sinus bradycardia for which my cardiologist has prescribed metolar xr 12.5 and amlong H. Am I suffering from colitis or jaundice, please suggest treatment for same. Moreover your sgpt and sgot also within limit. Usually it is raised in jaundice due to hepatitis. So jaundice could not be possible here.
Your HDL level is low. For that you can take more fruits, green leafy vegetables, healthy diet and regular exercise. There is no need for any medication because your LDL and triglyceride within limit.
Kindly mention exact location of pain whether right side or left side abdominal pain to discuss further regarding that and colitis.

Your pain is generalised and feeling heavy after eating so it is suggestive more towards functional bowel problem. It can be enteritis as well if fever and diarrhea like complaint also present.
You can be prescribed pantoprazole like antacid and aristozyme like fiber tablet for one to two week.
Drink more water.
Don't take gas forming foods like turnip, cauliflower, onion etc.
Regular exercise is advisable.
If you have diarrhea and fever like complaint as well than revert back or else you can follow above measures.
If still no improvement than I suggest you consult nearby physician for detailed evaluation with USG abdomen scan report.
