I am 46 years old. I am facing a problem during sex. During the leakage of semen (sperm) in the climax of sex I feel pain in my pennis. Is this problem curable. What medicines should I take. Are these medicines pain killers. Does these medicines have any side effect and how long will it take for curing completely.

Based on the facts that you have posted you are acing problem of painful ejaculation since very recently.
I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning ,pain while passing urine ,frequency for urination ,urgency etc ?
2) How is the urine flow poor,moderate or normal ?
3)Do you have pain in lower abdomen and around anus ?
4) Are you diabetic ?
Get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
Painful ejaculation is usually due to partial obstruction to free flow of semen through urethra due to one of the following few factors
1) Inflammation of urethra
2) Narrowing of urethral passage due to stricture of urethra
3) Prostatitis
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen examination to rule out any infection.
In the mean time take antibiotics like Bactrim DS along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week
Ensure to drink more water before sexual intercourse .
Further treatment will depend upon the findings of these tests and final diagnosis .
