Question: Sir I have been having lows back pain and unexplained chills for 10 days, can you help me out. I read online about this and all kinds of bad stuff pops up online about these symptoms.

A low back pain with chills can be related to low levels of vitamin D3 or back muscle spasm. Since CBC is normal any infection is not likely.
You need to start with mild pain killers along with back muscle strengthening exercises. You can also start with vitamin D 3 supplements after getting the levels checked.
