Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Condom offers a high degree of protection against HIV transmission. Broken condom has negligible risk as most of the genital parts are still being protected.
Rapid HIV test by 28 days has no value as it is well within the window period. HIVCombo test detects both HIV antigen and antibody. Detection of antigen will become confirmatory by 3-4 weeks after the exposure. So your Non-reactive Combo tests certainly ruled out the possibility of HIV 1 infection. HIV 1 infection is the commonest to the extent of more than 99 %. The negative Combo test by 48 days almost ruled out HIV 2 infection also. So nothing to worry about HIV infection.

Your symptoms are not related to HIV infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As per your reports you are free from HIV Infection.
Boils can occur to anyone at any point of time.
Boils are not common to have as an early manifestation of HIV infection. So not to worry. Consult your physician and get well soon with the treatment prescribed by him/her. Rule out Diabetes Mallitus.

Hi,
Welcome back.
You are free from HIV 1 infection. It is conclusive. HIV 2 also is almost ruled out. Your risk is negligible. If you need extra confirmation about HIV 2, then you can have one more test 12 weeks after the exposure. Nothing else more is needed.

Today on 58th day I have done rapid hiv test which is negative again . Now it is conclusive or not. Please help me.
HIV Rapid test becomes more conclusive by 12 weeks after the exposure.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV Rapid test detects the antibodies against HIV, not the antigens. Antibodies against HIV appear in the body 6 weeks after the infection not earlier (window period). In some individuals this process of formation of antibodies against HIV may be delayed up to 12 weeks after the exposure. So rapid test can be considered more conclusive only after 12 weeks after the exposure.
You got the point.
But 4th generation HIV Combo test ruled out HIV 1 infection already by its non reactive test report.
