Brief Answer:
Needs treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health, after reviewing the Angiography report attached by you I would like to tell you that there are multiple blockages in almost all the coronary arteries and they are of significant percentage.

This extent of blockage in the coronary arteries makes the patient vulnerable to heart attack which could be precipitated by out of the routine physical activity, emotional stress or sometimes due to unknown reasons thereby causing heart muscle injury.

In this scenario I don’t feel the need of undergoing Thalium test and patient needs timely coronary intervention. It’s advisable that you should take a second opinion personally and get the treatment done.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
See if the lesions in the blood vessels are calcified then CABG is the option and if not then stenting can be done. And for your information not all the blockages are distal there is 70 to 80 % blockage at the very starting of LAD which is a very important vessel out of 3 main blood vessels.

To understand the complete picture having a look at the Angiography CD is vital which unfortunately is not possible here and the Angiography report which you have uploaded does not provide the information about calcium status of the lesion.

And in my opinion treatment should not be delayed for long time.

Kind Regards

You can go for XXXXXXX Hrudayalaya Institute Of Cardiac Sciences XXXXXXX The calcium levels are quite high.

No am not from XXXXXXX dear. Yes Rota ablation with Stening can be an option but for that You first need to take the opinion of a cardiologist that do ROTA procedures as not all of them perform that.

Hope to have been helpful.
