Question: Sir I have myopia and trying for government exams, in railway, army, defence notifications one main point is "Lasic and other keratology and refractive error corrections are not eligible" I heared about orthokeratology (ortho-k) treatment and it is not surgery and temporary correction method, is this treatment is good for me during medical examination and (because lasic or other refractive correction surgeries are not allowed and if they find about surgery in topography machine then the candidate will be rejected), is orthokeratology treatment is detectable during medical topography or any other medical exam? If it is not detectable please tell me the process sir, and I am 29 years old male and don't have any other health problems except following, my sight is as follows
Right eye : distance - spherical - 0.75,cylindrical - 1.25,axis 75,vision 6/6 and
Near- spherical 0,cylindrical 0,vision N6

Left eye:distance - spherical : - 1.0,cylindrical - 1.25,axis 85,vision 6/6,
Near - spherical 0,cylindrical 0,vision N6

Madam thank you for your answer, some of my friends are rejected in medical due to lasic and they told that under slit lamp or under topography the doctor definitely detects about lasic, and they are suggesting me about ortho-k, because if we wear ortho-k at night and after removal of lens in morning our eyes and cornea shape will not change because it was non surgical procedure, but in lasic the size of cornea will become thinner, so go for ortho-k, is it true madam? Because they are not professionals about eye and this doubt should be clarified by Eye specialist only, that's why I am asking this question madam, and also they told me that after selection u may go for lasic if u are interested, at the time of selection the medical tests are very strict they told madam, that's why I am asking this question, where I can get this lens madam in XXXXXXX state telangana. These lens are available in district level eye hospitals or should I come to cities like XXXXXXX XXXXXXX etc... Is this process is safe or unsafe for my medical tests for government exams? Because I have less sight and without glasses also I saw 90% things. Please clarify madam.

Madman today I met an eye specialist in vasan eye care hospital in my home town and asked him about ortho keratology lens treatment, he told that we don't provide those types of treatments and also in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX also that treatment is not available, and he told about PRK treatment and it was not detectable during any medical exam by any eye specialist under slit lamp or topography machine or any other advanced machine like Lasic, lasic was detectable but prk was not detectable, I was disappointed after hearing this and I am fully prepared for ortho keratology but he doesn't shown any interest to tell about this and he completely says about only PRK and it was not detectable, you don't worry, no problem, etc... Madam is it true,? Really prk was not detectable,? Or is there any treatment like PRK which was not detectable during medical exam under any advanced machine, if yes please tell me about that. No madam they provide only PRK and femato lasic, and they told that femato lasic will be detected by medical authorities, so don't go for it and PRK is the safest one to you they told to me yesterday , so I am thinking about ortho k and I have 6 months duration for medical tests, so I am thinking about only ortho k or CRT lens, if those are not worked then I will thinking about PRK, so mam in your hospital you or any eye specialist provide ortho - k or CRT lens treatment?
