Brief Answer:
Multiple disc bulges
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
You seem to be having multiple disc bulges which is causing the low back pain.
Avoid bending forward or lifting any weights.
If the medicines do not help you you can request for a trial of epidural injection. This treatment is usually given for multiple disc bulges that are compressing the nerve roots.
As of now physiotherapy to strengthen the back muscles and the medication will do.
Thanks and regards.

Sir, in year 2012 also I had such back pain(low). After 2 months medications (NSAID) and back strengthening exercises the problem was solved.
Can you please provide some link for active stretching and muscle strengthening exercises as I have lost the old exercise details.
