Okay, but as per your blood pressure this medication seems working well for you. It’s advisable that you should arrange the same meds from somewhere.
However if that can’t be done then you can start with amlodipine 5 mg but you have to discuss this with your treating physician regarding this switch as bp monitoring will be required during the initial phase and also with prescription you might not be able to get the medication.
