Question: Sir/Madam,

When I woke up in the morning, within a matter of few seconds I am getting continuous sneeze. Almost always my nose is blocked and that disturbs more in the night.

Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. You are having allergic rhinitis or inflammation of the nose due to allergy. It can be due to dust,smoke, pollen grain,cold. You start fluticasone nasal spray 2 puff at bedtime for 2 month. It will decrease the allergic inflammation of the nose. Take saline nasal spray or drop like Solspre or Nasoclear 3 times per day. It will clear the nose and will relieve you. Take steam inhalation. Change bed sheet,curtains,pillow cover at least twice weekly. Do nasal breathing exercises or yoga so that the mucociliary activity othe nose remains healthy. Allergy will get slowly decrease over few months. Live a stress-free life.
