Age- 34 yrs ; Height- 5.3" ; weight -79 kg .Bmi-31.Suffering from High BP & mild elevated sugar ( Reports enclosed) Recently developed swelling over eye lid in left eye.doctor told that extra fat accumulated over eye.
Please suggest how to reduce weight.Recently 1 foetus in 4 month dropped due to trisomy 21.however CVS could not be done & nipt interpretation was non conclusive.
Please advise.

Presently taking Telmikind- beta -0.5 at night

2. tab labetelol 50 mg once a day after breakfast
3. diet - either see a dietician or take simple measures a) avoid sweets b) avoid fatty fries food 3) avoid refined food products like bread and bread based items
4. regular walk 45 min a day.
after 2 weeks check her bp and sugars and weight and let me k ow

Will these medicine will help in obesity.
My present doctor told to increase physical work & diet control as of now no need to start antidiabetic medicine.
So only BP medicine is adequate or there is need of antidiabetic. Medicine.
Can orlisat 60 mg may be started as doctor suggested to start medicine for obesity.

dear madam, keeping in mind weight issue, PREGNANCY planning and DIABETES and hypertension i have posted the plan . orlistat or liraglutide or any antiobesity drug I have purposefully avoided. any other antidiabetic also I have avoided. your BP medicine is also planned keeping ur pregnancy desire in mind . but do take care of diet and follow exercise.
